Provisional bookings may be made by phone. The deposit must be
received within seven days of the provisional booking
or the booking will be cancelled. The balance must be paid in full 28 days prior to arrival.

Arrival & departure
Arrival any time after 4.00 p.m. on the first day.
Departure by 10.00 a.m. on the last day.
PLEASE NOTE:
You are requested to observe these times in order to allow for
cleaning between lets.
Cancellation:
If the booking cannot be taken up for whatever reason the deposit
is forfeit.
If the property cannot be re-let for the same period, then the hirer
is held responsible for the full cost of the hire. Click here
